Micro-Grant Opportunity

Micro-Grant Opportunity for Performing Artists

The Department of Futuremaking will award four (4) $250 grants to catalyze a new performing arts series at The Moniker.

The Moniker aims to be a hub for community, culture and emerging artists perfecting their crafts and building new audiences.

These grants support 1-hour performances featuring live work, with breaks and intermissions as appropriate. Eligible artists include musicians, singers, comedians, circus performers, and magicians. Proposed performances must take place at The Moniker by June 8, 2026.

Grants are administered directly to artists by the Department of Futuremaking via our fiscal sponsor, the Tech Artista Foundation, and are sponsored by Pattan & Co. Public Relations. Once awarded, artists book their performance directly with The Moniker.

Grantees will be selected by the jury for this cycle: Britteney Ofodile of The Moniker, artist Ivey Amour, and Allie Magee of Pattan & Co. Public Relations.
